FIRST DAY
Arrival at Florence or Pisa airport during the day.
Transfer to apartment with typical Tuscan furnishings.

In the afternoon free time dedicated to relax and visit the delightful medieval town of Pescia, with its romantic scorci, long walk beside the river and for a wellness course you could either go on foot or rent a bicycle.
Dinner in restaurant and visit Montecatini Terme by night.


SECOND DAY
Morning:
Breakfast in the central square of Pescia, with outside tables to enjoy the unique architecture of this square.
Transfer to the village of Collodi, famous birthplace of the author Carlo Lorenzini “The Adventures of Pinocchio”.
The whole village is dedicated to the famous wooden puppet, starting from the monumental Park dedicated to Pinocchio, but also large paintings found in the village and the new Pinocchio, the highest in the world. Visit Villa Garzoni Gardens and Collodi Butterfly House.
Afternoon:
Tour by bicycle the walls of Lucca and the historic centre. Get lost inside the walls of Lucca, will be an exceptional experience which will present in every angle, scorci inedited and romantic. Don’t forget the camera!
Transfer and Dine in the ancient restaurant of Pescia, existing from 1908 and well-known by the best Italian gastronomical guides.


THIRD DAY
A day dedicated to well-being with transfer to the famous Grotta Giusti, where you could have the first real natural Sauna. Beautiful, suggestive and incredible long, the course is taken inside the thermal Grotta di Monsummano Terme, with three relax areas: paradise, fresh, il Purgatorio, with a tepid temperature and l’Inferno of a warm temperature.
Other than well-being benefits la Grotta is a real place of natural beauty with blue lakes, stalagmites and stalactites.
It will be possible to book access to the thermal swimming pool, external or internal and well-being treatments and massages carried out by expert and qualified personnel.

 


FOURTH DAY
Morning: Breakfast in the square and depart for the visit of the Road of Wine, a panoramic road which winds around the sweet hills rich with vineyards, between Lucca and Pescia.
Following the road we arrive at the ancient village of Montecarlo, characteristic and fascinating with the ancient castle and panoramic position.

Afternoon: visit to the town of Montecatini Terme.
Tour by bicycle the Thermal Park, enter Terme Excelsior with the possibility to taste the famous Spa water.



FIFTH DAY
Breakfast in the central square of Pescia.
Ore 10.00 Culinary School
Our chef will explain the secrets of the Tuscan kitchen, spices to use, times to cook for a perfect Bistecca alla Fiorentina or the celebrated "Tagliata". Also the object of the course will be how to make home-made pasta, which has made Italy famous around the world.

In the afternoon depart for your next destination.
