During the cooking course

Many secrets in a short time .... Gourmet cooking school.

You will have the possibility to carry out the culinary course in half a day starting at 9.00 until 12.00 and then lunch inside the restaurant, sampling the dishes you have cooked.
A unique experience where you will learn the secrets of ancient Tuscan cooking, appreciated around the world.
For those who do not participate the culinary course, can lunch together with you, at a convenient price.


What you will learn during cooking school

How to perfectly cook a steak and much more ...

Learn to make pasta by hand, elaborate a delicious condiment, based upon fresh seasonal produce, to cook the famous “Pollo al Mattone” or the perfect cooking of a delicious “Fiorentina”, but also how to cook and flavour an optimal “Tagliata”.
Varied side dishes, which changes depending on available seasonal produce and typical desserts of traditional Tuscany.
And to accompany an optimal Tuscan wine, with the possibility of choice between the Supertuscany but also minor wines, absolutely delicious.

HALF DAY HANDS ON SESSION WITH EITHER LUNCH:

For a half day hands-on cooking lesson of about 2½ hours
(10am-12:30pm for lunchtime)
which includes aprons, recipe sheets and all ingredients with wine.


Any guests not taking the cooking lesson but wishing to join in the meal are charged at an additional 38 euro per person.
